This patient had serious concerns about his upper and lower All-on-4 tooth bridges. He knew they were failing and he was also disappointed that they did not look like natural teeth.

This case failed because the implants were not properly planned and, therefore, poorly placed. The patient was unable to bite together properly and the All-on-4 tooth bridge was compromised. The material that was used to construct the teeth and gums was also of poor quality, so it broke easily, stained easily and looked unnatural.
