Nelum had dramatically receded gums due to perio disease, which in turn had also reduced the amount of bone supporting her teeth, so they were also loose. For Nelum we undertook the removal of these two teeth, the addition of some soft tissue and bone and then the placement of two implants, along with custom abutments and all-ceramic crowns. Nelum was very happy with her results, she felt far more confident when smiling, and also no longer had to worry about what she was eating.
