All Ceramic Crowns – Case 2
Mrs C is a successful businesswoman who is often in front of the camera. When she came to see Dr Dunn, her priority was to undertake treatment as quickly as possible and so we immediately completed initial hygiene therapy and diagnostic records. This careful diagnostic planning ensured that even though time was a consideration, at no point would our result be compromised.
The final result was achieved through a combination of crown lengthening (gum lifts) and all-ceramic custom made crowns on the upper and lower teeth. This lengthened the appearance of these teeth (which had been shortened due to grinding wear) to a more natural height which was in fitting with the patients facial aesthetics. In conjunction with our world class ceramist here in Sydney, Dr Dunn was able to create a natural, translucent result which would provide a beautiful end result befitting the patient for many years to come.
